Cleaning After Your Event

 In addition to your rental fee, all events at Ravenswood Mansion have a flat rate cleaning fee of $300. This cleaning fee covers the deeper cleaning of the house and is not meant as a trash or other items cleanup. This fee helps ensure the house is in excellent condition prior to each event. Your cleaning fee takes care of the cleaning AFTER your event. Please see below for a better understanding of what the cleaning fee does and does not cover.

  • Restroom cleaning

  • Trash removal inside the mansion

  • Trash removal for reception area

  • Dressing rooms trash clean up

  • Catering kitchen clean up

  • Putting furniture back

  • Rental item tear down
