Rental Fees
Ravenswood Mansion is available to rent seven days a week. For full availability, see our event calendar. Unless noted, rental periods are from 9:00am until 11:00pm.
Peak Months
April - october
Saturday - $5,000
Friday or Sunday - $3,500
Monday-Thursday- $2,200 full day
M-Th 5pm-11pm - $1,350
M-Th 9am-5pm - $850
Off Peak Months
november - march
Saturday - $3,500
Friday or Sunday - $3,000
Monday-Thursday- $1,700 full day
M-Th 5pm-11pm - $1,100
M-Th 9am-5pm - $600
PLEASE NOTE: A $300 cleaning fee will also be added to all rentals.

In addition to the rental fees listed above, we have a few other fees and requirements.

We require a professional planner at least 30 days out from the event. This person must be the first to arrive and the last to leave. They will be required to submit a final layout and timeline for your event.
We require a licensed caterer with service staffing to stay throughout the entire event, bus all tables, and remove all trash.
Professional catering companies or restaurants with a catering option will be licensed and can provide proof of that easily. Having their staff onsite is required so that clean up and venue care is handled.
We require licensed vendors if you have any type of tent, lighting, or rentals.
All of the vendors listed on our page are licensed, and there are many others who serve the area who are as well. This is something you can verify with a company over the phone easily.
We require a licensed professional to setup/breakdown our included inventory.
Most clients book their tent/rental company to do this for them, but we also have a small local business that can handle this as well listed on our vendor guide.
We require event insurance
This policy can be obtained easily online and costs around $175. If you are serving alcohol this policy must include host liquor liability.
If you have any type of alcohol we require licensed bartenders.
All alcohol must be served through a licensed bartender. This is a mandatory requirement for
the state of Tennessee. We require a copy of their ABC cards.
All other areas you are welcome to bring in your own vendor or DIY.
What does a wedding at Ravenswood typically cost?
We do have a wedding budget worksheet that may be helpful for you to check out! You can change your guest count and how much you want to spend on each item (or delete them) so you can customize your own budget!
Also, just keep in mind that although we do have several requirements and it may seem overwhelming, overall, you are not only spending less money by booking these items on your own but you have the FLEXIBILITY to decide where exactly you want to put your money. Because of this we are easily able to fit anyone's budget.
Discounts
30 Day Out RAte
Unreserved dates may be booked within 30 days of an event for 50% of the regular rental rate.
14 Day out hourly Add-On
The Event Venue Manager may grant Client special hourly rates on any available dates provided the dates are not already booked 14 days out. The hourly rate is determined by dividing the full venue rental price by the number of hours specified. A minimum of three hours is required and no more than six hours may be rented with this rate.
Weekday photography pricing
The interior of the Mansion may be accessed for photography needs at a rate of $50/hour. This pricing is available on general tour dates and does not grant Client exclusive access to the Mansion. Event Venue Manager may have tours or other meetings at the Mansion during that time but will put forth every effort to minimize distractions to Client. No minimum hours are required.
Winter Micro Wedding pricing
Limited to Inside Events of less than 50 guests, Tables and chairs included, Available December 1st - March 20th only. Choice of inside or front porch ceremony, Choice of inside or back porch reception. Use of bridal suite and grooms quarters
Friday, Saturday, or Sunday 9:00am-11:00pm - $2,000

add-on bundles
90 day out wedding bundle
If, within 90 days of their Saturday event date, an adjacent Friday or Sunday is available, Client may bundle the Friday or Sunday date for a special rate of 50% off the normal rate in addition to their Saturday rental. Subject to availability.
14 Days out
Set Up Rental: Within 14 days of their event, Client may book day-before access for early set up, storage, and/or rehearsal. The fee is $500 and includes four consecutive hours of access between 9:00am and 5:00pm on the day prior to their event, subject to availability.
Break Down Rental: Within 14 days of their event, Client may book day- after access for tear down of tent, rental items, or removal of personal items. The fee is $500 and includes four consecutive hours of access between 9:00am and 5:00pm on the day after to their event, subject to availability. Alcohol and trash items may not be left out overnight.
additional hours
Additional hours may be added on the day of a Client’s rental to allow earlier access to the venue beginning no earlier than 7:00am. This rate is determined by dividing the full price venue rental fee in which the requested time falls into an hourly rate.
