Musical Autumn Wedding at Ravenswood Mansion
From bringing in a baby grand piano to their front lawn ceremony, to transforming our Red Room to the Magical Library from Harry Potter for cocktail hour, Caroline and Steven’s music infused autumnal wedding hits a perfect chord.

Getting Ready
Caroline and her bridesmaids began their day slowly in our beautiful bridal suites enjoying brunch together. This sweet group was all smiles while watching Caroline get ready and had such a heartfelt reaction to seeing her in her dress for the first time.
First LOOK
Caroline and Steven chose to have their first moments together in our pink bridal suite upstairs. They shared an intimate moment together before heading outside for some gorgeous sun soaked photos. Of course, they had to pause and take some photos while playing that gorgeous baby grand piano! We love that they got their photos done before ceremony - it really helped for them to be present during the reception and get out those jitters of seeing each other for the first time.
The FronT LAWN Ceremony
The weather was perfect for their outdoor ceremony. They set up our white garden chairs on the right side of the house and the bridesmaids and groomsmen processed in from the sidewalk behind the bushes. Accompanied by gentle notes from the baby grand piano, Caroline walked down the aisle with both her parents.
What we love about their ceremony: They chose to add a live trio of musicians for ceremony music. This can add such an elevated level of sound to your ceremony that you won’t regret!
The Reception
Guests enjoyed cocktail hour inside where the couple has transformed our red room into a magical bar experience, as they are fans of Harry Potter. Once the reception began, guests were greeted outside with a clear tent, a brass band, and warm lights strung from the ceiling of their tent. Caroline chose ivory table linens with berry tones as accents for a pop of color, which is perfect for fall or really any time of year.
What we love about their reception: We love that this couple chose to rent a different chair for their reception. The dark fruitwood colored chairs provided such depth to their seating.
