Vendor Load In
Load in and load out zones for vendors such as DJs, tent, rentals, caterers, cake, décor, etc, are the following three areas:
Zone 1: In the driveway on the north side of the house (to the right of the house if you’re facing it).
Zone 2: The front circle driveway.
Zone 3: Behind the Pool House; there is a gravel path accessible from the far west corner of the parking lot.
As a reminder, there is no driving or parking on the grass under any circumstances, including during load in and load out. Not only is it damaging to the grass, there are several irrigation lines running underground that can be damaged easily.

Ravenswood Mansion Policies That Apply To All Vendors
In an effort to help all events run smoothly on site, we have separated out important information for each category in the sections below. Additionally, please review our policies and procedures if you’ve never worked at our venue or if it’s been a while as we often update our rules and policies.
PLANNERS & COORDINATORS
Planners and coordinators, we’ve put together an abbreviated version of our policies and contract information that clients agree to so that you can ensure you’re providing and charging for all of those services. You can click on the button below to view that information. Additionally, we require all planners and coordinators to sign our Planner Agreement. This will be shared with you via Honeybook during your client’s planning process.
caterers
We want to highlight a couple things to make your day as smooth as possible and ensure that all required tasks are planned for.
Kitchen: We do have a catering kitchen on site. For additional information about our kitchen, please see our Kitchen FAQ page
Trash: All trash bags must be tied tightly and placed in our trash area to the left of the Carriage House at the end of the night. There may not be any trash left in the house. The inside trash cans (8 total) must be returned to the kitchen with fresh, empty trash bags before exiting for the night. IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE TRASH/CLEAN UP THROUGH THE END OF THE NIGHT, PLEASE MAKE YOUR CLIENTS AND THEIR PLANNER/COORDINATOR AWARE OF THIS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THEY CAN HIRE STAFF.
Parking: There is ample parking for staff in the two lower parking lots on either side of the home. For vehicles that need to be loaded/unloaded you can drive up the center drive and to the right to access a paved spot closer to the home.
Check Out: Caterers are required to check out with the client’s planner AS WELL AS with our on-site staff member. There is a checklist that includes making sure the kitchen has been returned to it’s default set up and our on-site staff will go through that list with you.
Tent & inventory
We offer our clients the use of our inventory kept in the Carriage House behind the mansion. Please ensure that our inventory is returned to their correct area in a neat and tidy manner. Below, we have included photos as a guide. There is also a guide to where everything belongs on the door of the Carriage House.
