Planning Information

Below are the documents that are provided to assist you in your planning process with us. If you have questions about these documents, please reach out to our Event Venue Director, Abby Cox at abby.cox@brentwoodtn.gov or 615-946-0389. During your planning process, if you need to schedule a walk through with your client, or other vendors, you may schedule online below.

We are currently able to take a limited number of in-person tours, or you may do a virtual tour and follow up with questions.

Requirements

The below documents are required for clients hosting an event at Ravenswood Mansion. All documents are due 30 days prior to an event. As their planner, please familiarize yourself with these documents so that you may help your clients with acquiring anything necessary for their event.
